What we focus on
Basic position
It starts with the fundamentals: checking the bike and positioning your body to tackle any type of terrain. You will discover the attack position to achieve weight distribution and limb mobility, essential elements for the most challenging sections.
Breaking
Breaking performance is critical. Master the modulation of front and rear brakes to control speed without wheel lock. Learn to manage deceleration across any grade, terrain, or scenario.
Cornering
Master cornering. Learn to manage tight and wide turns, optimize body weight shifts, and utilize pedal strokes to maintain momentum and stability.
Jumps and drops
Master technical maneuvers. Learn to execute jumps and drops, and clear roots, rocks, and trail obstacles with precision.
Line choice
Master line choice. Learn to read the terrain to identify the fastest and most efficient path through technical sections. Develop the ability to look ahead and anticipate obstacles, selecting lines that maintain momentum and maximize exit speed. You will experiment with high and low lines in corners and technical features to optimize grip and control.
Bike setting and Maintenance
Master basic maintenance. Learn pre-ride inspections including tire pressure and brake checks, plus emergency repairs like flat fixes and derailleur adjustments. Optimize performance with precise bike setting: fine-tune suspension sag and rebound to match your weight and terrain. Proper ergonomics and control positioning ensure maximum handling and confidence.
