Professional MTB coaching, beginner mountain bike lessons and training camps designed to build confidence, improve riding technique and develop real trail skills.

Mountain biking is about far more than just descending trails. Understanding bike dynamics, body mechanics, and terrain interpretation gives riders the tools to ride faster, safer, and with total control. Our coaching and camp programs cater to all levels: beginners building their foundational skills, intermediate riders refining speed and line choice, and young riders looking for an immersive outdoor summer experience. Every session is led by certified local instructors on the natural trails of the Finale Outdoor Region.

Our Coaching Methodology

Biomechanics & Balance

Progression starts with balance. We analyze and refine your neutral and attack positions, weight distribution, and limb mobility to ensure you stay centered and stable across steep descents, rock gardens, and compressions.

Braking & Traction Control

Learn how to brake with maximum power and zero wheel lock. Master front-to-rear brake bias, trail deceleration points, and modulation to maintain traction over loose gravel and slick limestone.

Dynamic Cornering & Line Choice

Develop bike-body separation to lean the bike into flat turns, berms, and switchbacks. Learn to look ahead, scan terrain features, and select lines that maximize exit speed and minimize fatigue.

Trail-Based Progression (No Artificial Parks)

We coach directly on the natural enduro trails of Finale Ligure (including Base NATO and Roller Coaster networks). Real trail coaching ensures that every skill learned translates directly into confidence on technical backcountry terrain.

Who Are Our Programs For?

Beginners (ITRS Beginner / STS S0–S1):

Riders new to off-road terrain or looking to overcome anxiety on descents. We focus on bike setup, stable positioning, gentle gradient control, and fundamental trail safety.

Intermediate Riders (ITRS Intermediate / STS S2):

Riders aiming to increase flow, tackle tighter corners, master rocky drops, and eliminate bad riding habits that cause fatigue or arm pump.

Advanced Riders (ITRS Advanced / STS S3+):

Experienced riders targeting high-speed line precision, steep technical chutes, gap jumps, and race-pace efficiency.

Kids & Teenagers (Ages 8–17):

Young riders ready for a multi-sport outdoor adventure, combining structured mountain bike clinics with climbing, hiking, and basic bike mechanics workshops.

faQ

Yes. Our beginner coaching sessions start on gentle gradients and wide singletracks, teaching foundational balance, braking, and body position before progressing to technical trails.

A guided tour focuses on trail navigation, scenery, and riding mileage. A coaching session focuses on you: we stop at key trail sections, analyze your technique, provide immediate video feedback, and run repeated drills to build muscle memory.

For private coaching, no previous experience is required; we adapt the session to your baseline. For the Youth Summer Camp, participants should have basic cycling balance and off-road riding familiarity (Intermediate to Advanced youth levels).

Absolutely. Even advanced riders develop subtle inefficiencies. We break down cornering speed, high-speed stability, line interpretation, and technical maneuvers on double-black enduro trails.

Yes. Ride Technique coaching is booked exclusively for your private party (up to 8 riders per coach) to ensure tailored feedback and zero group pacing pressure.

A modern full-suspension enduro or all-mountain bike with at least 140–150 mm travel and reinforced tubeless tires is strongly recommended. Both analog mountain bikes and E-MTBs are welcome.

A certified helmet is mandatory (full-face recommended for advanced trail sessions). Knee pads, riding gloves, and eye protection are strongly recommended for all coaching activities.

Book a Half-Day (4h) or Full-Day (8h) Ride Technique session for targeted personal skill improvement. Choose the Youth Summer Camp for an all-inclusive 5-day or 6-day multi-sport outdoor experience for young riders aged 8–17.
