Rider Profiles & Recommendations
Beginners (Zero to Novice): We can build a tour from scratch for complete beginners. For riders with no prior off-road experience, we strongly recommend starting with a Half-Day (4h) tour or a dedicated Technique / Coaching session before tackling long-distance backcountry terrain.
Intermediate & Advanced Riders (ITRS): Fully tailored routes matching your technical speed, steepness comfort, and stamina across all sectors.
Mandatory & Recommended Equipment
To ensure safety, mechanical reliability, and smooth trail progression, please bring the following equipment:
Bike: Enduro full-suspension bike with 160mm travel.
Helmet: Mandatory to participate in our tours (a full-face helmet is strongly recommended).
Body Protection: Back protector and knee pads are strongly recommended.
Spare Parts: Tubeless repair kit, inner tube, derailleur hanger specific to your bike frame, and spare brake pads.
Water & Nutrition: Water bottle (our guides use 750ml bottles) or hydration pack, plus trail snacks.
Essentials: Personal documents/ID, cash for trailside cafes/osterie, and a fully charged mobile phone.

Official Trail Closures: If civil protection or local authorities issue severe weather alerts or enforce official trail closures, clients receive a full refund or a voucher valid for a future tour date.
Bike & Protection Rentals
Bikes Available: Enduro MTBs and performance E-MTBs can be booked directly through our service.
Safety Gear Rental: Certified helmets (full-face/open-face), back protectors, knee pads, and goggles/masks are available upon request.
Insurance & Personal Liability
Coverage: Personal accident and third-party liability insurance is not included in the guiding fee. Riders are responsible for having active sports accident insurance covering mountain biking activities.
Booking Process, Payments & Cancellation Policy
How to Book & Preparation Flow
Booking Channels: Reservations can be completed through the online portal, WhatsApp, or email.
Direct Guide Connection: Once the booking is confirmed, you receive the exact Finalborgo GPS meeting location and are connected directly with your assigned guide to finalize trail preferences, pace, and daily logistics.
Payments & Deposit
Deposit: A €30 deposit is required upon booking, processed securely online via Stripe (accepts all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets).
Final Balance: The remaining balance is paid directly in cash to your guide on the morning of the tour before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible 48-Hour Cancellation: Full refund of the €30 deposit for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
