I.T.R.S. Mountain Bike Fitness Rating System
A standardized evaluation framework to assess physical endurance, vertical climbing, descending volume, and saddle time for guided MTB tours in Finale Ligure.
Assessing Your Physical Endurance Before You Ride
Selecting the right guided tour or shuttle package requires an objective assessment of your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.
