Cancellation Policy
At Finale MTB, we understand that unexpected situations may arise that lead you to consider canceling a service or tour you’ve booked with us. To make the process more transparent and clear, we’re introducing our Cancellation Policy. Please read the information below carefully.
Cancellation Request:
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Finale MTB by email to finalemtb1@gmail.com no later than 48 hours before midnight on the date of the booked service or tour. Please clearly indicate your personal information and the service or tour you wish to cancel.
Refund:
– In the event of cancellation of the service or tour reservation before midnight 48 hours before the scheduled date, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit already paid. The remaining 50% of the amount paid will be retained by Finale MTB to cover administrative and administrative costs.
– In the event of cancellation of the service or tour due to the closure of the trail network ordered by the competent authorities.
– In the event of cancellation of the service or tour reservation after midnight 48 hours before the scheduled date, the customer is not entitled to a refund or compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
– In the event of interruption of the service or tour by the organizer after its start, or in the event of changes during the service, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit and registration fee already paid, nor to compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
– in the event of interruption of the service or tour, by or due to the customer, after the start of the activity and in the event of changes during the course, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee already paid nor to compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
– If the customer fails to arrive by the scheduled start time of the service or tour, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit and registration fee already paid, nor to compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
– If the customer is unable to participate in the service or tour by the scheduled start time of the service or tour due to mechanical or electrical problems with the bicycle or e-bike, clothing deemed unsuitable by the organizer, or bicycles or e-bikes deemed unsuitable by the organizer, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit and registration fee already paid, nor to compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
– The organizer reserves the right to exclude the customer from participating in the group service or tour, before or during the event. This refers to the organizer’s right to assess the suitability of the customer’s bike, e-bike, clothing, and technical ability. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit and registration fee already paid, nor to compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
Flexibility and Cancellation:
– The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the service or tour program at short notice or during its execution. This includes the organizer’s right to make changes to the schedule, program, or route in the event of extremely adverse weather conditions, trail closures by the competent authorities, or in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable events.
– Changes will be communicated via text or verbally before or during the service or tour.
– If the safe execution of the service or tour cannot be guaranteed, if ordered by the competent authorities, or for other important reasons, the organizer reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the event at any time.
– The organizer reserves the right to cancel the service or tour at any time before its start.
– If the service or tour is canceled before its start for reasons for which the organizer is responsible, customers will be refunded the deposit and participation fee already paid. In addition, there will be no compensation for any damages suffered or expenses for moral damages.
